Section 49
Coordination and Cooperation

(1) In the development and management of sports infrastructures and the conduct of competitions, there should be cooperation and coordination among the federations, provinces and local levels. When international and national sports competitions are conducted, priority should be given at all levels.
(2) In the field of sports, coordination, cooperation and other matters between federations, provinces and local levels shall be as prescribed.
